Promise outputs are analytical signals based on public records and market data. All investment decisions are made solely by you, and you are responsible for your own due diligence and professional advice.

While we work to keep data accurate and current, public records contain errors and delays, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data point, metric, or verdict. The Services, including software, models, scores, dossiers, design, and content, are the property of Promise Business Hub LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying public records remain public; our compilations, enrichments, and analyses are proprietary.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promise Business Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or investment losses, arising from or related to use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amounts were paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
